Return & Replacement Policy

At Revive Auto Parts, authorized returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from the delivery date unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition and packaging. A 30% restocking fee may apply unless otherwise approved by Revive Auto Parts.

Special order and custom parts are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless pre-approved in writing by Revive Auto Parts.

Products that have been installed, modified, programmed, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return or replacement.

Revive Auto Parts is not responsible for labor, installation, towing, diagnostic, programming, rental vehicle, or related expenses.

Special Order Items

Certain OEM ABS modules and assemblies may require special ordering for a specific vehicle application.

Once a customer approves the order and payment or deposit is received, the amount becomes non-refundable.

Special order items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

Shipping Policy

Revive Auto Parts ships throughout the continental United States.

Standard delivery time is generally between 7–14 business days depending on product availability and delivery location.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST for in-stock items are typically processed within one business day.

All shipments may be sent through FedEx, UPS, USPS, or approved freight carriers.

Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, please keep the item and original packaging and notify both the shipping carrier and Revive Auto Parts within 48 hours of delivery.

Please document any visible damage and missing items before installation or use.

Do not return any item without written authorization from Revive Auto Parts.

After inspection and approval, a replacement, store credit, or resolution may be provided if applicable.
