1. Order Processing Time

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days inside the continental United States.

Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery options may be available for select items at additional cost.

International Shipping: Available on select orders. Import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on item size, weight, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.

Certain oversized, hazardous, or restricted products may require special shipping arrangements or may not be available for shipment to some regions.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout.

Revive Auto Parts is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Combining Orders

Multiple orders placed around the same time may be combined into one shipment when possible to improve delivery efficiency.

8. Delivery & Inspection

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

If your package appears damaged, notify the shipping carrier and contact Revive Auto Parts within 48 hours of delivery.

Retain all original packaging materials until the issue has been resolved.
